GoldenGeezers.com is an on-line advisory service that proposes to make men 55 years of age and older aware of these changes and how to counter them. The changes may be gradual but the vast majority of men will suffer from one or more of them. Some facts:

GoldenGeezers.com is an association of men who are willing to make some changes in their way of life to enjoy a more beneficial lifestyle to overcome the many of the problems associated with the aging process. The three primary areas of concentration are Diet and Nutrition, Fitness and Exercise, and Stress Management. Other topics of interest, worthwhile activities, and uplifting or self-help information for elder men will be included. We plan to provide new, interesting, and beneficial knowledge on Monday and Thursday of each week. We typically spend more time planning our vacations than we do our retirements and our wellness. It is only when our health fails and some serious medical problem arises that our thoughts finally get to thinking about what needs to be done. Your muscles and bones will get more of the nutrients they need to keep you going longer with greater ease. As you age, this should become a paramount consideration.
